Better late than never! Today we're going to be roasting (G)I-dle's "oh my god" stage outfits! Don't forget to let me know which stages were your favourite!
"Oh my god" was definitely a song that I felt could have used a lot more extravagance when it came to stage outfits, though I did appreciate the way they paired black and white outfits throughout different stages to create a story.

I was just ranting on my mind about the choreography being saturated with backup dancers that I personally don’t think were needed, and I got an idea, what if they only had six back up dancers and for some stages (G)I-DLE wore black while the backup dancer wore white and viceversa, I think that would be a cool way to represent the “internal fight” in the video and the lyrics of the song.

Oh My God live outfits sucked so bad, the only outfits that made sense were the white and black outfits, but I was expecting angelic outfits and their photoshoot outfits, not some office or cafeteria outfits, and what were the stylist thinking with Shuhua's outfit, they made Shuhua look thicker (in a bad way).

I feel like the outfits may not be iconic but at least they aren’t absolute ugly just plain trash, I’d rather have them wearing cute not very iconic clothes rather than bottom of the barrel ugly trash weird outfits. also let’s give their stylist a round of applause because idle never look bad at award shows or during stages. Personally i thought the biggest problem was the lack of cohesion between the outfits and the makeup. and some of the shades they used not matching? like the shuhua skirt in both the green luv u stage and black and pink oh my god stage, the minnie silk blouse, etc etc.

I really like the mv the best. Without the MV the song lacks a bit (i'm disapponted that it's kinda similar to Lion, not in a way I like...okay that sounds dumb, but hopefully someone understands what I'm trying to say xD) for me and I was really disappointed with the outfits. I'm usually impressed easily, but these outfits were so boring. After very stylish Uh-Oh and very "royal rich bitch" Lion vibes, this was just so..meh. Bland, nothing stood out, not even Soyeon. I would just imagine different set of colours, but the most important - different materials. Well, hopefully the girlies will be snatched next comeback, this is not the end of the world. :) :3

Okay, to be clear i am not a bias of this group but to defend the first stage with the plaid, plaid and flannel is a huge part of the 90's grunge that they were trying to channel in styling those outfits. It's not really reading as lumberjack to me. So yeah, that's that on that.

All of these outfits were so amazing. They didn’t do the usual skirts or black shorts like other groups (no shade). They did mature outfits and weren’t afraid of patterns, embellishment and pants. 10/10 unique and interesting
