An ankle injury doesn't make someone behave like they just woke up from a Sleeping Beauty coma. When idols are injured, they perform seated. Jennie would have had that done, if it was bad. I don't blame her for being annoyed, but she still should've maintained professionalism for the sake of her fans paying overpriced tickets to see BLACKPINK.Blinks, y’all are really good at making excuses for your faves. YG would have issued a statement if it was true. It's so obvious that she was lazy in almost every performances. Injury? Suuuure. But she had an ankle injury during HYLT promotions and she didn't dance not nearly as lazily as before, actually she did a decent job, even her expressions were good, so this past “injury” is not an excuse for her looking dead on stage for numerous performances.

I think it also adds that even if it was an ankle injury (i think it was, NEVER called her lazy because it didn't make sense to) with her solo performances there wasn't a lot of foot work. i noticed a lot that in the solo dance and performances her foot stayed still most of the time and it was a lot more leg and torso and arm/hand work. so i think the "selective" claim didn't make sense either. my assumption was that is was more paining for her to perform BLACKPINK dances because of the intense dance. with the solo dance i think it was made more for her and for her to not be in so much pain.

Honestly when I first watched the videos I didn’t really notice. But when people started talking, it really wasn’t a big deal to me. Idols are humans too, they are aloud to make mistakes. I’m happy Jennie kinda addressed it during the documentary though that she isn’t the most healthiest person in the group sometimes.

I'm not saying this because I am biased but it has been in my head for a while and I want to get it out. There is no excuse of ever not giving 100% effort into performances. I'm sorry for bringing BTS into this but there are really no one like BTS who puts effort into their career and for army. Suga recently had to have a surgery for his torn shoulder blade for an accident back in 2012 when he was delivering newspapers and for 8 years he kept his pain silent and delayed the surgery this long to work and still is upset because he needs to recover. He's a real gem. There are people who say don't judge someone because you don't know what goes on in their life. If Jennie was going through a hard time, she should be taking action against her company for not letting her rest (if that was the case). It's not like idols haven't sued their company for mistreatment. There are so many trainees who would kill to be in their spot. I live in Korea and everyone knows how difficult it is to become a successful idol here. The competition is so vigorous. Those idols who may have trained for years will work their butts off to debut but don't keep that up because they now have that privilege of releasing whatever their company and producers give to become a hit. A boyband like BTS is a one of a kind because they have stayed on top of their game with giving 110% of their effort into everything even after receiving success like never before. There should be an apology given to Jennie for the hate she received because that was unnecessary but other than that there shouldn't be an excuse. Sorry if I hurt anyone.

Ankle injuries are such an awful thing. I had injuries on both ankles like 10 years ago and, even now, just one wrong step and I can't walk properly for at least a week. He'll, I don't even wear high heels bec it hurts so much.

I thought most people knew that she had ankle injuries? But yeah, I feel bad for her. I just think that since she's and idol and all of that, she could've gone easy on the legs but extra on the arms to try to compensate it, therefore many people wouldn't have really noticed and she would have looked really good when performing. Jungkook had an bad injury on his foot on 2016, he still perform and had fun on stage just by sitting on a chair. One of Beyonce's performance , half of her dress caught on FIRE, while her crew was putting the fire out, she still continue to peform and gave her fans a good peformance. Justin Bieber broke his leg on stage 2014. He still stood up on one leg and gave the best peformance to his fans that night. I think the main issue is that idols are held to such high standards that realistically don't exist. Tbh I sometimes feel like Jennie is the "shock absorber " of bp . Like in literally every thing!!!!! For example, let's take Lisa and Jennie as an example , When Lisa got death threats this year, YG took no time to respond , took immediate action and assured us but when Jennie got death threat after some weeks, YG did not cared, when Chinese jensetters reached out to company , YG response was something like ," the company is now in love-hate relationship, so we can't do anything .
