I was thinking again of going on as a toxic fan saying stuff like "wtf, girl. GOD'S MENU just in honorable mentions.." but I watched your latest videos where you said you changed your mind.. God! Idk why. I'm still a baby stay, but like... I fell hard for these guys for real, I never in my life thought of even getting close to kpop. I think becoming a toxic-fan is an actual desease and it's dangerous for us pro-procrastinators. Everyone's got their own taste and that's great (highkey glad that you realized the talent of my kids)

okok hear me out- apple is one of those songs you have to let grow on you when i first heard it i stopped it half way through bc i didnt like it, but then it came on shuffle while i was listening to the rest of the album btw creme brulee goes hard anyways i was like ok sure then i watched the mv and i was like WEE O WOWOWOWOW so yes if you listen to it enough you'll be hearing wee o wow wow wow wow in your sleep

Somi deserves more and what you waiting for deserves more too. The song not only showcased her vocals really well, but the mv was one of the best I have seen in a long time and she put so many hidden messages into it. The outfits were a huge step up from Birthday. The only thing is I am still waiting for that one song that catches the attention of the public. I feel like Teddy needs to step up his game, but overall the song wasn’t bad and the more you listen to it the better it gets. It has not always been my cup of tea but I always find myself going back to it where with lots of the songs on this list I kind of briefly listened and then put them to the side and that includes bops like hylt, Inception, and Thanxx.

My ranking (imma use letters because f it) A Tier - Apple, God's Menu, Now Or Never, Beach Again, Left & Right B Tier - Inception, Hug U, Monster C Tier - How You Like That, What You Waiting For, More & More, Secret Story Of The Swan if it was a 2020 Ranking rather than June/July ranking all of these would be higher honestly, but since its a June and July ranking I went with the ones I like the most, but all of their songs are very good (esp Left & Right and Beach Again, those two screams SUMMER SONG OF THE YEAR. Also Seventeen really drew me in with Left & Right too}

Thanxx gave me 90’s vibes, but post apocalyptic is also kinda true lol. KQ shouldn’t trust us with voting anymore tbh, I think we proved we don’t deserve the power. I understand the issue ppl took with Thanxx’s MV, however to me it’s about the music, and it deserved to be title track. What angered me was the fans purposefully rigging the voting against Thanxx. If Inception had one fairly I wouldn’t have cared, but for me it’s the principle of the matter. It’s fine though, we all know that Thanxx is the secret winner. I do like Inception to be fair, just not nearly as much as Thanxx.

Oh, I hope you will be able to like Apple by GFRIEND since you like the concept. I personally completely agree with you about How You Like That and I would put Apple in SOTY category. So, it's possible I guess for you to change your mind on the song but it's ok. edit: And I also agree about Pporappipam for SOTY category.
